The ERMAS, now in its fourteenth year, recognises individuals for their professional excellence and contribution to the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage sector. This category is open to individuals who act for freeholders and leaseholders who can demonstrate a positive impact within their role in the past 12 months, successful lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage applications, excellence in client communications and quality of service, plus continued and professional development and goals.
