Carlos is a Commercial Property Solicitor at Grant Saw, based at the Greenwich office.

Carlos is an experienced lawyer who specialises in acquisitions, disposals, financing and landlord and tenant matters. With over 5 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector, Carlos brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of delivering results for clients.

Carlos graduated with a Batchelors degree in Law in 2015 and completed the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Scheme in 2018. Carlos is a dual-qualified lawyer (England and Wales and Brazil) and has acted for corporations, individuals and financial institutions in relation to commercial acquisitions, disposals and re-finances, sale and disposal of private trading businesses and property-holding companies.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with family, travelling, reading and watching and playing football.
