Grant Saw are delighted to welcome Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, James McKimm, to the firm. James will work alongside Kim Whitaker and Ruggero Pesciatini to provide a range of services to our clients from corporate transactional advice through to commercial contract guidance. James will be based at the Grant Saw office in Greenwich.
James has experience in a range of company and commercial matters including M&A transactions, share reorganisations and both business to business and business to consumer contracts.
Outside of work, James is keen on sports, particularly football and cricket, socialising with friends and family and stand-up comedy.
