We are pleased to welcome Simone Gavioli who has joined Grant Saw as a Litigation Executive. Simone will assist individuals on contentious probate issues, property disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, insolvency, and debt recovery. Due to his background, Simone can assist individuals and businesses on cross-border disputes, when needed.
Simone has a five-years Masters in Law from Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milano, 2019), and trained in the dispute resolution department at a law firm in Milan and London (2020 – 2021). In 2022, he worked as an English trainee in litigation at a London-based practice and has undertaken SQE assessments to qualify as an English solicitor.
Simone is a member and coordinator of the UK chapter of AIA-ArbIT below 40, a member of the British Italian Law Association (BILA), a member of the Hungarian British Business Alliance (HBBA), and a member of the education team of Talented Italians in the UK (TIUK). He has also contributed to the publication “Europe in the Global Space Economy,” by Springer (2023), and is currently writing a monograph on damages in tort under the Italian law with the Italian Judge Damiano Spera (to be published by Giuffre’ Editore).

Outside of work, Simone is a classical music and opera lover, and he is studying opera singing privately. He also enjoys reading novels and history books, going to the theatre (he particularly likes Shakespeare), swimming, and socialising.
