We are pleased to welcome Rose Dean who joined Grant Saw Solicitors LLP on Monday 15 July 2024 as a Solicitor in our Company Commercial department. Rose will work alongside Michael Pope and Ana-Maria Badeanu to provide a range of services to our clients from transactional advice through to commercial contract guidance.
Rose has experience in M&A transactions, company reorganisations and restructuring and both business to business and business to consumer contracts. Rose trained at a national law firm and most recently worked for the Queensland government.
Rose holds an undergraduate degree in History and English from the University of Liverpool. She went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with a Master’s degree in Law, Business, and Management, before qualifying as a solicitor.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys travelling, art and history. Rose has an advanced certificate in scuba diving and is a keen surfer following her time in Australia.
