The impact of the pandemic continues to cause stress, worry, and concern for much of the UK population. The latest research from the Mental Health Foundation, indicates that more than eight in ten of the 4,000+ people surveyed have experienced stress as a result of the pandemic. According to the survey, six in ten surveyed who experienced stress due to the pandemic felt that walking helped them cope and 50% stated that visiting green spaces, such as parks, had a positive impact on their mental wellbeing.
