The British Wills and Probate Awards distinguish exemplary service and achievement and I am very proud that the team’s hard work and dedication over the past year has been recognised. 2020 has been a testing year given the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications but the department have pulled together to ensure we are flexible and continue to deliver the excellent customer service that we pride ourselves on. We have offered a range of video conferencing facilities and the team have been on hand outside of usual working hours to accommodate clients whilst ensuring standards remain high. Well done to everyone involved”.

The awards will take place via a virtual ceremony on 22 October 2020, hosted by TV personality, Jennie Bond. The full shortlist is available here.

Congratulations to the Private Client department.
