From 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024, Grant Saw Solicitors received 60 client survey responses. Here is a summary of the results.

Net promoter score

This part of the client survey requires respondents to score their experience out of 10 which, based on their experience, seeks to find out how likely they are to recommend Grant Saw to a friend, family member or colleague. Of the 60 people that answered this question, we had 52 promoters, 8 passive responses and 0 detractors giving Grant Saw Solicitors a Net Promoter Score of 87%.

Getting the job done and keeping clients updated on progress

95% of respondents scored Grant Saw 5 stars out of 5 for getting the job done and keeping them up to date with the progress of their matter.

Overall customer experience

93% of those surveyed gave Grant Saw top marks for delivering a good overall customer experience.

Telling clients about our charges

90% of respondents felt we exceeded at informing them of our charges.

Communicating about risks and choices

89% of those that completed the survey gave us five out of five for keeping them updated regarding risks and choices available during their legal matter with Grant Saw.
