From 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024, Grant Saw Solicitors received 78 client survey responses, up from 60 during the October 2023-March 2024 period. Here is a summary of the results.

Net promoter score

This section asks respondents to score their experience out of 10 which, based on their experience, seeks to find out how likely they are to recommend Grant Saw to a friend, family member or colleague. Of the 78 people that answered this question, there were 73 promoters, 5 passive responses and 0 detractors giving Grant Saw Solicitors a Net Promoter Score of 94%.

Getting the job done and keeping clients updated on progress

74 of the 76 people that responded to this question scored Grant Saw 5 stars out of 5 for getting the job done and keeping them up to date with the progress of their matter. This represents 97%, an increase of 2% from the previous period.

Overall customer experience

73 of the 76 people that answered this question (96%) gave Grant Saw top marks for delivering a good overall customer experience.

Communicating about risks and choices

93% of those that completed the survey (68 of the 73 that answered) gave us five out of five for keeping them updated regarding risks and choices available during their legal matter with Grant Saw.

Telling clients about our charges

88% of respondents felt we exceeded at informing them of our charges (66 of the 75 that responded).
