Introducing our mentor for Her Platform: Leena Patel

Leena Patel

Leena Patel, Solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial department, has recently joined Her Platform as a mentor to support young women entering the legal sector. Her Platform was set up by Safa Azeem and Roberta Hack and aim to connect and empower women in law.

As part of the programme, Leena will work closely with her mentees to help in identifying their career goals and execute a plan. Leena will utilise her knowledge and experience gained during her studies and career to advise and guide her mentees. Mentoring helps to connect women who may be struggling to find a route into the legal profession and highlights the challenges faced along with support and guidance to overcome the perceived hurdles.
