The 2022 LawNet Awards take place on Friday 1 July 2022, and we are delighted to announce that Grant Saw Solicitors LLP has been shortlisted in the ‘Law Firm of the Year (<£6 million turnover)’ category.

The Law Firm of the Year (less than £6m turnover) category recognises LawNet firms that have demonstrated overall excellence and significant progress during the past 12-18 months against a wider business strategy focusing on four key areas: strategy and business planning, client focus, people management, and financial performance/other results.
Strategy and business planning
This section acknowledges firms that have a clear strategic direction, outlining how the business plan is developed in line with strategy, and communicating said objectives with staff to ensure buy-in and commitment to the objectives.
Client focus
This category celebrates firms that provide evidence of a commitment to client care, outlining any client care initiatives that have been implemented within the previous 12-18 months.
People management
This area focuses on firms’ commitment to staff training, employee wellbeing, and people development. We are proud of our talent management programme and actively look to offer opportunities to current members of staff before advertising any vacancies externally.
Financial performance and other results
This section recognises firms that provide evidence of sustainable improvements in financial and other results, any key cases won, and initiatives that highlight Grant Saw as a leading firm within the LawNet network.
