We are delighted to announce that Grant Saw has been reaccredited with the ISO:9001 certification following a successful audit. We have now held this accreditation since 2013.
ISO:9001 is an internationally recognised Standard for Quality Management and this reaccreditation reinforces Grant Saw’s commitment to delivering exemplary quality standards. To achieve the ISO:9001 accreditation, businesses must implement and maintain excellent quality management systems.
ISO:9001 demonstrates strong corporate governance allowing us to continually monitor, manage and improve the quality of services we offer. This standard is based on seven quality management principles that includes a strong customer focus, the involvement of management, and a drive for continual improvement.
Ray Crudgington, Managing Partner at Grant Saw, said “Our re-accreditation to ISO:9001 is testament to the hard work of the staff at Grant Saw. This audit assesses how closely we manage risks, how well we plan and how consistent we are in following our processes and procedures, all of which in turn help us to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients. We have always been a value-led business and we are thrilled to be recognised for our excellence in these fields. Well done to all involved”.
