We are pleased to announce that Grant Saw Solicitors has achieved the ISO:9001 standard for the eleventh successive year.
ISO:9001 is an international quality management standard that sets out the requirements for a firm to meet to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. To achieve this re-accreditation, a detailed audit took place including file reviews, lawyer interviews, mystery shopper exercises and a review of policies and procedures.
This reaccreditation demonstrates strong corporate governance that allows us to continually monitor, manage and improve the quality of services offered. The ISO:9001 standard is based on quality management principles that includes a strong customer focus, the involvement of management and a drive for continual improvement.
