Minerva Client Onboarding

In an effort to improve the client onboarding experience, particularly for conveyancing transactions, Grant Saw has partnered with Minerva. Minerva provides an award-winning client onboarding solution that is aimed to save time and offer everything through one portal.

The Minerva solution offers clients the opportunity to upload identification documents, complete and submit forms and questionnaires electronically, make payments, and receive documentation through the portal. This solution also integrates with our case management system to speed up onboarding.

A cloud-based, intelligent client onboarding solution, Minerva provides an easy-to-use platform for clients and the overarching objective is to simplify complex business challenges and delivering immediate value to Grant Saw and our conveyancing clients.
