Grant Saw Solicitors are proud sponsors of Blackheath Rugby Club and we were delighted to be the guests of honour at a recent match against Doncaster Knights.
The match was action packed and expectedly there were a few injuries. The weather was glorious, despite being forecast as wet and windy, which added to the atmosphere and everyone’s enjoyment of the match.
It was a thrilling end to this year’s season, although unfortunately Blackheath lost, they put up a tremendous fight. The final score was 20-38 to Doncaster.
Maria, Mike and Sarah-Kate presented the award for “man of the match” to Desmond Brett, (tight-head prop) which was a very well deserved award.
We would like to give a special thank you to Blackheath Rugby Club who made us feel very welcome.
We are looking forward to the new Season, where we hope Blackheath will go from strength to strength and we will continue our support of this long established rugby club.
