SEMINAR AT MORDEN COLLEGE

SEMINAR AT MORDEN COLLEGE

ON 5 JUNE 2014

On Thursday, 5 June 2014, the Wills and Probate Department at Grant Saw held an informal seminar at Morden College in Blackheath.

Partner, Kalpa Prajapati, attended Morden College with William Meakin, Consultant Solicitor and Rose Walker, Legal Executive, from the Department.

They discussed a range of topics including inheritance tax, making a Will, intestacy issues, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders with the residents of Morden College.

There was an opportunity to speak to the solicitors in a group or on a one-to-one basis about any specific issues that the residents had.

A number of residents attended this FREE seminar, which was followed by a relaxing cup of tea in the beautiful gardens of Morden College.

If you would like us to give a seminar at your care home, or place of work, please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 8858 6971, or email us at probate@grantsaw.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this.

This is not legal advice; it is intended to provide information of general interest about current legal issues.
