We are pleased to welcome Ana-Maria Badeanu who joined Grant Saw Solicitors LLP on Monday 4 September 2023 as a Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department. Ana-Maria will work alongside Michael Pope to provide commercial and corporate transactional advice and guidance to our clients. Ana-Maria will be based at the Grant Saw office in Greenwich.
Ana-Maria qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and previously worked for firms based in Stevenage, Milton Keynes and most recently at a Kent-based firm and has experience in a range of company and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions transactions, share reorganisations, company reorganisations and restructuring, business to business and business to consumer contracts, non-disclosure agreements and shareholders’ agreements.

Outside of work, Ana-Maria enjoys cooking, hosting dinner parties, walking, travelling and dance. She concentrates on Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba.
