Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme reaccreditation

Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme

The Private Client department at Grant Saw Solicitors has been reaccredited with the Law Society’s Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) for the seventh time. The WIQS accreditation is a best practice quality mark for Wills and estate administration advice and sets client service standards to ensure transparency in process, costs and communications. WIQS outlines required practices for Will drafting, probate, estate administration and inheritance advice to recognise and reduce risks and educate clients about what to expect.

Each lawyer in the Private Client team must undertake and pass an annual assessment set by the Law Society to be reaccredited with WIQS. Therefore, our clients can be rest assured that our lawyers are experts in their field.

Kalpa Prajapati, Partner and Head of Private Client, said “We are delighted to be reaccredited by WIQS. As a member of WIQS, the Private Client department can demonstrate meeting the high standards set by the Law Society to provide our clients with a professional and quality service when it comes to Wills and estate administration. Via the WIQS accreditation process, the Law Society check the identity of the practice and each individual delivering Wills and probate advice as well as an assessment of insurances and risk management procedures. Well done to all involved”.

WIQS is designed for practices that are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and offer both Wills and probate/estate administration advice. For more information, click here.
