We are delighted to announce the arrival of Michelle Pinnington who re-joins Grant Saw as a Senior Solicitor in our Residential Property department.
Michelle previously worked at Grant Saw from 2006 until 2016 and was a Partner at a Kent-based practice before re-joining us in August 2021. Michelle has over 18 years’ experience and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Michelle specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, the purchase of UK properties for overseas buyers, auction sales, transfers of part and variation of leases.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, trips to the theatre and going to the cinema.
