We are delighted to announce the arrival of Trisha Djemal who joined the Grant Saw Residential Property department on Monday 12 April 2021.
Trisha, who joins us as a Consultant Solicitor, has over 20 years’ experience in property-related transactions and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Trisha was a Partner at a local firm in Blackheath prior to her arrival at Grant Saw and has expertise in residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions. Trisha specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, the purchase of UK properties for overseas buyers, auction sales and purchases, freehold purchase, lease extensions, commercial property leases and commercial property lettings.
Outside of work, Trisha likes to cook Turkish cuisine. Trisha lives by the coast and enjoys spending time with her family and walking her pug on the beach.
