Our Conveyancing went smoothly, as can be expected. With a 28 day completion required, there can be some anxiety on the part of your clients, but as usual, we had nothing to worry about. Even though we now live at the other end of the country, all correspondence was prompt, giving us plenty of time to post back documents.
