Grant Saw are delighted to announce the arrival of Simran Lalli to the team. Simran joined on 21 January 2021 as a solicitor in our Employment department. Simran will be based at the Grant Saw office in Greenwich.
Simran trained in Bedfordshire and qualified as a solicitor in July 2019. Simran specialises in all types of employment law including disciplinary procedures, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, dismissal and termination, discrimination, TUPE and breach of contract.
Having relocated to London, Simran is very much looking forward to working alongside the other members of the Employment department, providing advice to both employers and employees. Whilst having a broad range of employment expertise, Simran is particularly interested in discrimination in the workplace and providing pragmatic solutions in this area.
