We are very pleased to welcome Helen Arney to Grant Saw who joined us as Head of Human Resources (HR) on Monday 5 September 2022.
Helen, who is CIPD qualified, has over 25 years’ experience in a range of sectors, mainly in financial services. She has also worked in the tax advisory sector and joins us from a technology-based firm. Helen is an HR specialist who will help the firm better to focus on recruitment, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, recognition and incentives, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.
Helen said “I am delighted to join Grant Saw as the firm’s Head of HR. This is a very exciting opportunity for me to drive the HR agenda and help to shape the strategy for the firm moving forward. I look forward to meeting everyone over the next few weeks”.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys travelling, dining out with Thai being her favourite cuisine, running and spending time with her family – chasing after her eight-year-old daughter. Helen enjoys coastal visits which include ‘long walks’ with the family dog.
