Age Exchange Christmas Fair

On Sunday 21 November 2021, Age Exchange held their eighth annual Christmas Fair at Blackheath Halls to support their work in dementia and community library in Blackheath. Grant Saw were delighted to be in attendance as a headline sponsor.

Age Exchange support people with dementia and their families and carers via targeted care and outreach services. The ground-breaking RADIQL dementia intervention service uses Reminiscence Arts to deliver dementia services in a wide variety of settings and their expertise includes community projects, care home person-centred care and creative care groups for the carers of those with dementia. Age Exchange also work with all ages to create inspiring arts with the aim of building confidence, reducing isolation and encouraging self-esteem. You can read more about their work here.

The 2021 Christmas Fair comprised of stalls selling food and drink, cosmetics, clothing, artwork and homeware, a raffle with a top prize of £250, plus a range of activities ranging from ‘pick a stick’ through to a handmade gift area for early Christmas present ideas.

We are proud of our work in the local community and honoured to support an event that helps those with dementia and their families in the local community.
