Grant Saw Solicitors achieve ISO:9001 standard for twelfth successive year

ISO:9001

We are pleased to announce that Grant Saw has been reaccredited with the ISO:9001 standard for 2024/25. This marks the twelfth successive year of achieving this accreditation with no minor or major compliance issues raised.

ISO:9001 is a global standard for quality management that outlines the criteria a company must meet to consistently deliver services that satisfy customer and regulatory expectations. To obtain this re-accreditation, a thorough audit was conducted which included reviewing files, interviewing lawyers, conducting mystery shopper exercises and examining policies and procedures.

This reaccreditation reflects the robust corporate governance at Grant Saw, enabling us to consistently monitor, manage and enhance the quality of our services. The ISO:9001 standard is founded on quality management principles that emphasise a strong customer focus, active management involvement and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Laura Danquah, Compliance Manager, said “We are thrilled to achieve the ISO:9001 accreditation for another year with no minor or major non-compliances. Our firm is dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We adhere to procedures and prioritise our clients. Being re-accredited for a twelfth successive year with no non-conformances is a testament to our staff and embodies our company values of caring for our employees and clients while working collaboratively. Thank you to everyone involved”.
