Grant Saw shortlisted in two categories ahead of the British Conveyancing Awards 2022

British Conveyancing Awards 2022

The British Conveyancing Awards take place on Tuesday 15 March 2022, and we are thrilled to announce that Grant Saw has been shortlisted in two categories: Customer Service Champion and Outstanding Employee Experience.

The Customer Service Champion category celebrates firms that have gone above and beyond during the past 12 months to demonstrate customer service excellence, embedded a culture of ‘delighting’ clients and who provided evidence-based assessments of going the extra mile for clients.

The Outstanding Employee Experience award honours firms that have adapted their processes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, placing mental health and employee wellbeing at the forefront of the employee experience by creating the best employee experience in the “new normal”.

Maria Lati, Partner and Head of Residential Property at Grant Saw, said “As we all know, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact across the world and the Stamp Duty Land Tax Holiday created pressures for all conveyancing professionals. Despite this ending in September 2021, we are still seeing huge work volumes and I am proud of the resilience and adaptability shown by the team. At Grant Saw, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer service from the client’s first interaction with the firm and to be shortlisted in two categories ahead of the British Conveyancing Awards 2022 is testament to the hard work from all members of the team. Well done all”.

The Awards, sponsored by Dye & Durham, take place on Tuesday 15 March 2022 at Church House Westminster in London.
