The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards shortlist for 2021 has been released and we are thrilled to announce that Grant Saw has been selected as a finalist in two categories.
Sponsored by the Coal Authority, the Grant Saw Residential Property team are one of five finalists in the ‘Client Care’ category. This award recognises firms that have exceeded client expectations, demonstrated commitment and professionalism, utilised innovation to maintain and improve client care and resolved issues while maintaining high levels of client care, even in times of crisis.
Additionally, Maria Lati, Partner and Head of Residential Property at Grant Saw, has been shortlisted in the ‘Managing Partner’ category. A new category for 2021, the Managing Partner award, sponsored by Groundsure, recognises the achievements of a Senior/Managing Partner who articulates the firm’s purpose and priorities in a way that exceeds expectations, helped to overcome challenges by driving an inclusive culture, leadership style and coherent strategy, created value by introducing unique innovations and technology, supported staff and clients to drive forward the firm’s business and led the firm in terms of supporting the local community.
The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards were launched in 2016 and celebrate success in the UK conveyancing market. The shortlist was devised by a panel of expert judges because of their sector knowledge to recognise the most deserving firms, teams and individuals.
