Grant Saw accredited with ISO:9001 Standard for tenth successive year

ISO:9001

We are pleased to announce that Grant Saw has achieved the ISO:9001 certification for the tenth successive year. This follows on from a successful audit involving file reviews, mystery shopper exercises, lawyer interviews, and a review of policies and procedures.

ISO:9001 is an internationally recognised Standard for Quality Management and this reaccreditation reinforces Grant Saw’s commitment to delivering exemplary quality standards. ISO:9001 demonstrates strong corporate governance allowing us to continually monitor, manage and improve the quality of services we offer. This standard is based on quality management principles that includes a strong customer focus, the involvement of management, and a drive for continual improvement.

To achieve the ISO:9001 accreditation, businesses must implement and maintain excellent quality management systems. Quality in all areas, including client service, is a key objective for the firm as we strive to build on this area of best practice.

Laura Danquah, Compliance Manager at Grant Saw, said “We are very pleased to achieve the ISO:9001 standard for another year. This is a great indication of continual improvement across the firm and signals to our clients the great service we can provide to them. The firm underwent a stringent assessment to be reaccredited and we work hard to achieve the highest levels of quality standards to continuously improve the service we provide to our clients. Well done to all involved”.
