Mary is a solicitor in the residential property department. Mary joined Graw Saw in May 2026 after working at a London City firm for 10 years. Mary assists clients with a wide range of residential property matters, guiding them through transactions such as:
- Buying a property
- Selling a property
- Re-mortgaging
- Transfers of equity
- Freehold transactions
- Leasehold transactions
Mary obtained a Law degree from Queen Mary University and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at BBP Law School. Mary qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.
Mary’s approach to every client transaction is professional and concise ensuring that matters are handled proactively and efficiently. She strives to maintain a friendly and approachable manner, aiming to make the process as smooth and reassuring as possible for all parties.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family.
