Bishoy completed an LL.B at the University of Greenwich, receiving a 2:1 in 2020.
After completing his degree, Bishoy worked in conveyancing at some regional law firms in the south east, gaining experience in drafting legal documentation, assisting with transactions and liaising with relevant parties.
Bishoy is currently a Paralegal in the Residential Property department at our Greenwich office. He assists solicitors and fee earners widely including drafting relevant transaction documentation such as contract packs and completion statements whilst also dealing with Land Registry requisitions, liaising with third parties, agents and clients. Alongside live transactional matters, Bishoy is also responsible for ensuring that once Land Registry applications are registered, the files are then closed in accordance with Law Society and GDPR Regulations.
Bishoy is fluent in English and Arabic and is keen to produce high quality work in keeping with the firm’s mission of achieving excellence.
Outside of work, Bishoy enjoys playing football, going for long walks and spending time with friends.
