Grant Saw welcomes three new partners

Grant Saw Solicitors LLP has announced the promotion of three solicitors to the partnership, with effect from 1 April 2026.
The new partners and their principal areas of practice are:
Bimal Kotecha, Head of Insolvency
Bimal is Head of Insolvency Law at Grant Saw. He has significant experience in assisting individuals and companies facing insolvency as well as assisting creditors in recovering sums owed to them. Bimal also regularly acts for Insolvency Practitioners to assist them in recovering monies and assets for liquidated companies and bankruptcy estates.
He is often instructed by individuals and companies who have been served with statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions or winding-up petitions. His tenacious approach to insolvency petitions has a resulted in many successful outcomes for his clients.
He has a keen interest in actions being brought against former directors or officers of companies and is regularly instructed to either bring a claim or defend actions relating to overdrawn directors’ loan accounts, misfeasance, preferential treatment of creditors, transactions at an undervalue, claims relating to transactions defrauding creditors, wrongful trading actions; and directors disqualification proceedings.
Alongside assisting clients with insolvency matters, Bimal has considerable knowledge and experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, property litigation matters, landlord and tenant disputes, co-ownership disputes and contested probate matters.
Charlotte Warren, Head of Trusts
Charlotte is an experienced Private Client Solicitor and Head of Trusts at Grant Saw. With extensive knowledge of private client matters, Charlotte specialises in trust and estate planning, with a particular focus on high-net-worth individuals and families with complex financial circumstances.
Charlotte has considerable experience advising on the creation and management of trusts, both for asset preservation and intergenerational wealth transfer.
James McKimm, Head of Corporate and Commercial
James provides a range of services to our clients, from corporate transactional advice through to commercial contract guidance.
In addition to his specialism in dealing with M&A transactions, whether share or asset sales, James has experience in a range of company and commercial matters including share reorganisations and both business to business and business to consumer contracts.
