Janet is the firm’s HR Manager. Janet has over 20 years’ experience in a range of sectors, mainly in retail. Janet is an HR specialist who will support the firm in strengthening its efforts across key areas such as recruitment, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, recognition and incentives, diversity and inclusion, as well as succession planning.
Outside of work, Janet enjoys supporting charities and good causes, being a parent Volunteer for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAHMS) supporting their Non-Violent Resistance programme. She has also supported animal rescue charities, organised walks for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and is currently looking at ways to support Refuge, starting with walking 62 miles in May 2025 to help raise money.
